Stoke Park Community Group was formally constituted in April 2022 having existed as a group of volunteers since around April 2021. Everyone is welcome to come along to sessions. All training and equipment is provided and you can come along as little or often as you like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can be contacted at stokeparkgroup@gmail.com<\/a>. The group’s Chairperson (for 2026\/27) is Mark Pellowe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weekly volunteer sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We meet every Thursday morning in Stoke Park from 1000 to 1230. <\/span> The location is never the same, so although you may find us, the park is quite large and searching may take a while! We suggest intead that you sign up through the ‘Get Involved<\/a>‘ page and we’ll let you know the meeting point for that week’s session in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee \/ Group Management Meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committee meetings are open to all members of the Group and notification of any meetings will be emailed out to the Group’s membership mailing list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Group’s Annual General Meeting at which the committee is elected and the core committee members selected occurs in April of each year. All volunteers are welcome and the meeting date will be emailed out in advance along with joining instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training, Events and other Meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We often engage in training or other events that are of interest of use to the Group. Attendance is open to all members and details of any events will be emailed out to the membership mailing list in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes the constitution for Stoke Park Community Group and other key documents such as our policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
